Prepare a salad with balsamic vinegar

Many of us have tried the usual salad with vinegar more than once. This dish is perfectly refreshing on a summer day and can be used as an independent dish, or as a side dish to meat or fish. However, if you try to make a salad with balsamic vinegar, you definitely will feel the difference in taste.

One of the famous and original salads with balsamic vinegar can be called salad greens with foie gras.

Salad greens with foie gras

To prepare this salad with balsamic vinegar you will need:

  • 30 grams of salad mix;
  • One steak liver goose fua-gras;
  • 30 grams of strawberries;
  • 30 grams of grapes (green);
  • Five grams of evaporated balsamic vinegar;
  • Five grams of olive oil (if there is no olive you can take an ordinary vegetable).

For a minute warm the frying pan, sprinkle it with salt a little and fry our foie gras in a frying pan (without oil) for about one minute from each side. Fire should be medium, and you need to fry until you see a golden crust.

In order to remove excess fat from foie gras, you need to put it on a paper towel.

Sliced strawberries and grapes. In our mix of salads we add berries and fill everything with olive oil.

We take the form (certainly beautiful) and put a salad in it. On top of the salad beautifully lay out pieces of foie gras. The final note is decorated with evaporated balsamic vinegar.

The composition of this salad includes such ingredients:

  • Sea mix (mussels, squid, oysters);
  • One onion;
  • Shrimps (peeled);
  • One kiwi;
  • One orange;
  • A little soy sauce;
  • One tablespoon of balsamic vinegar;
  • One lemon;
  • Leaves of Chinese salad.

Method of preparation of salad

First, for five minutes, fry in a pan a sea mix and finely chopped onions. Then, in this mixture, add peeled shrimp and kiwi (finely chopped). Then add the leaves of Chinese salad and sprinkle with a spoonful of soy sauce and balsamic vinegar. In the salad squeeze out half of the lemon and mix everything thoroughly. In the end, decorate the salad with small pieces of orange. If you want to enhance the taste of salad, then add to it one pinch of ground chili.

Salad with omelette

From the following products, you can prepare two large portions of a salad or divide into three or four smaller portions.

Necessary ingredients:

  • two eggs;
  • 50 grams of iceberg lettuce ;
  • 50 grams of radiacchio salad;
  • 50 grams of sour ham (in the original the hamon is taken);
  • One hundred grams of fresh goat cheese;
  • 10 ml of olive oil;
  • 10 ml of balsamic vinegar;
  • a pinch of salt.

Preparation of this salad takes place in several stages:

Stage 1. We take the eggs and shake them well, then add the salt and fry the entire mass in a pan so that the pancake is about five millimeters thick. After that, you need to cool the pancake and cut into squares.

2 stage. We take a wide plate and lay out on it lettuce leaves. If you do not have salad leaves listed in the recipe, then you can take those that are at hand or which you prefer. It is advisable to take a mixture of leaves. The main thing is that the lettuce leaves are juicy and crunchy. We lay out pieces of a ham (or ham) and an omelette on them.

Stage 3. We put goat cheese cubes on top of our salad. If you do not have goat cheese, then the brie cheese will be a great substitute .

4 stage. Before serving, water our salad with balsamic vinegar and add a little olive oil. Bon Appetit!
