In order to prepare a salad "Tashkent", the recipe of which we will give below, you will need the following products: two medium green radishes, three onions, two hundred grams of meat (beef or chicken breasts), three chicken eggs, sunflower oil, mayonnaise, salt, black pepper.

First, you need to clean the radish and shred straw, the thinner the better. If the option is for lazy or quick-witted, then it is large to rub. Then rinse it with warm water and put it in a cold one for 15 minutes. Some put in a weak solution of vinegar. This is specially to rid the radish from its specific taste and aroma. If you like it and you do not mind the smell, you can avoid the soaking process. Cut the onions into rings as thinly as you can. Passer in a small amount of vegetable oil over low heat.
