Pork meat is soft, juicy and fat, which is why it produces excellent second courses. One of these dishes is pork with mushrooms and cream sauce, which we will cook today.

Required products:

- Pork meat 1.5 kg.

- Cream 300 ml - not less than 30% fat content.

-Fresh or frozen mushrooms (champignons or oysters) 500 g.

-100 ml of milk.

- Butter 50 g.

-2 eggs.

-20 g of flour.

-Washing white dry wine (optional).

To pork with mushrooms turned out fragrant and juicy, the meat must first be discarded and marinated in wine (about an hour, and you can use champagne). The size of the slices should be with the palm.

Onion shred, lightly fry in butter and add chopped mushrooms (100 g leave for sauce). Fry vegetables for 10 minutes, season with prepared spices and chopped greens.

We make an omelet from eggs, milk and a pinch of salt and fry it in vegetable oil. We cut the omelette into as many pieces as you have the pickled meat. On top of it we spread the mushroom filling and carefully wrap it in a roll.

To ensure that the rolls do not fall apart, they need to be fastened with a toothpick or threaded. Each meat sausage is rolled in flour and fried from all sides. A few spoons of flour should be slightly dried in a frying pan and poured into the cream, not forgetting to stir constantly. Add a glass of boiled water to the sauce and put the previously left mushrooms in it.

Let the sauce boil and add meat delicacies - weighed on low heat for about half an hour. All - pork with mushrooms is ready to serve on the table with dumplings or mashed potatoes. Fresh vegetables can be used as a garnish and any greens are at your discretion.

The second, no less festive and delicious recipe: pork with mushrooms in a pot

Composition (for 2 servings). Looking for:

- mushrooms - 300 g;

Pork with mushrooms in any variation turns out delicious and fragrant. For those who do not eat this kind of meat, it can be replaced by any other: beef, lamb, veal, turkey or chicken. For the speed of cooking, all components can be fried in advance, but then the dish will be more fat and caloric.
