A big plus is the simplicity of cooking meat according to this recipe. After all, a dish that is quickly and simply prepared and at the same time has excellent taste is the dream of any mistress!

In order to prepare such a dish, like pork in the steppe, you will need:

700 g of pork, two potatoes, 3 large spoons of wheat flour, two eggs, 2 tablespoons of sour cream (you can use mayonnaise), one onion, three cloves of garlic, greens, salt.

Meat should be cut into pieces and well repulsed (better to do it in a plastic bag so that there is no splashing). Then you should prepare a "coat" for pork chops: for this, on a large grater you have to grate raw potatoes, finely chop greens, onions, grate or chop garlic cloves, mix everything, salt, pepper, add sour cream or mayonnaise, flour and eggs. All is well mixed. Meat should be dipped in potato mass and fry in hot oil our chops, hidden in a potato "fur coat".

Pork in the steppe fried until a ruddy crust, you should turn over very carefully. Then it is necessary to lay the chops on the baking sheet, previously lightly oiled, pour sour cream or cream and put in a well-heated oven for 5-7 minutes.

Finished pork in the steppe is very tender, and while it is being cooked, there is such an aroma that you will hardly wait until the end of the process.

In principle, the garnish is not required for this meat, since it already has a potato coat. However, this dish can be served with a light salad - fresh cabbage, cucumbers, tomatoes, lemon juice, vegetable oil, salt, greens.

You will need:

600-700 g of low-fat neck or loin, 150 grams of cheese, 2-3 cloves of garlic, sweet mustard spoon, 1 onion, 4 tablespoons of mayonnaise, a large bunch of green cilantro, parsley, dill, ground pepper, salt, Provence herbs.

As usual, we wash the meat and dry it with a tissue napkin or paper towel. Cut into slices across the fibers. We dissect the tip of the knife in 1-2 places a layer of dense fat and the available veins. Putting in a package, we beat off slightly each piece on both sides.

The form intended for baking, it is necessary to lay a foil, to grease with oil. Put meat in it, each slice should be salted, peppered and sprinkled with Provencal herbs. Preheat the oven to 200 °. Grate the cheese on a large grater. Peel and chop the onion into thin semicircles. Grind the garlic, chop the greens finely.

In a bowl, carefully mix garlic, greens, mustard and mayonnaise.

Half-rings of onion to spread on chunks of meat, spread on top a layer of sauce, sprinkle with grated cheese. Cover the form with a sheet of foil or parchment and put in the oven for about half an hour.

After this time, pull out of the oven and check for readiness. In the event that the meat is almost ready - then you need to remove the top sheet of foil and put in the oven for another 10 minutes, reducing the temperature to 180 °. Cheese during this time will acquire an appetizing crust. Switch off, put the mold on a plate and cover with foil sheet again, so that the pork is finally soaked with aroma and juices.

It will take: 5 pork chops with a stone, a kilogram of potatoes, a bulb, 7 carrots, 200 ml of soda water, lemon, 100 ml of soy sauce, sea salt, pepper.

For the sauce it will be required: 400 g of tomato in its juice, 4 cloves of garlic, greens.

The meat needs to be poured with lemon juice, soy sauce, carbonated water and marinated for 20 minutes. Put into a sleeve for baking, bake for 50 minutes with a temperature of 180 degrees. Grind tomatoes, greens, garlic. Boil the potatoes. Carrots and onions are put out, put tomato sauce and potatoes and stew until done.
