How to cook lavash

In pita bread it is possible to wrap any stuffing, everything that you can find in the refrigerator or at hand. Even lean lavash can be cooked so that just lick your fingers.

This recipe is very simple and completely non-laborious, which makes it almost invaluable.

Pile lavash with mushrooms

Necessary ingredients:

- two sheets of pita bread;

- approximately 600-700 grams of champignons;

- one large onion;

- two large carrots;

- about 250 grams of cheese.

Stock up on food and start preparing a lean roll of pita bread with mushrooms.
Rinse well the champignons, clean them and finely chop. The same is done with onions. Carrots are cleaned and grated. Mushrooms, carrots and onions are fried in a skillet until ready. Salt and pepper add to taste.

We rub the cheese on the grater.

We take a lavash leaf and spread on it grated cheese, and on top of cheese a layer of "zazharka." The same is done with the second sheet of lavash.

We fold the two sheets into a tube and put them on a greased baking sheet.
We bake pita bread in the oven for about ten to fifteen minutes.

Lavash steak with rice and herring

Ingredients:

- half a glass of rice (better round - it will boil faster);

- one carrot;

- greens of parsley and dill;

- herring;

- vegetable oil;

- vinegar.

We begin to prepare a lean roll made of lavash with rice and herring. First you need to boil rice to the state of porridge. In the rice, add a little carrot (pre-fried). Then we attach to it (already chilled) chopped parsley and dill.

Herring is peeled from the skin and bones and soaked in vegetable oil with vinegar (about an hour). After the herring is missed, you need to cut it into long strips (as usually served on the table).

Cut a large onion into half rings and fry until golden.
We take a sheet of pita bread and spread it well with our rice paste, on top we spread another leaf of pita bread, on which we spread fried onions and herring.
We fold the roll, then wrap it in foil or food film and hide it in the refrigerator (about an hour). You can serve with ketchup.

If you want your lavash roll to turn out to be especially tender, then the following recipe will definitely suit you.

Lavash roll with tuna

Necessary ingredients:

- four sheets of thin lavash;

- Two hundred grams of tuna (canned) ;

- four eggs;

- one onion (red);

- a bunch of green dill;

- green onions;

- parsley greens;

- Two hundred grams of mayonnaise;

- salt;

- Spices (optional).

Boil the eggs. Tuna well mash with a fork. We clean the onion and cut into small pieces. Eggs and greens need to be crushed.

We take a sheet of pita bread and grease with mayonnaise. On top lay out the pieces of tuna and cover with another sheet of lavash. The second layer is lubricated with mayonnaise and we put eggs on it. Again, cover with lavash. The third is covered with mayonnaise and we spread greens and onions. Cover the fourth sheet of pita bread.

All sheets are tightly rolled into one roll and, cutting into two parts, wrapped in film (food). We hide the roll in the refrigerator for two hours. Also, instead of tuna, you can take a boiled chicken fillet.

Lavash roll with sausage

You will need these ingredients:

- four sheets of lavash;

- about 300-400 grams of sausage (boiled);

- 300 grams of cheese;

- 300 grams of carrots (Korean);

- mayonnaise.

Three sheets of lavash should be greased with mayonnaise. On the first sheet we spread sausage, rubbed through a large grater. On the second lay out the grated cheese. On the third lay out the Korean carrots. The fourth sheet we cover everything.

We fold our sheets into a roll and wrap the food film. We put it in the refrigerator for a few hours. Before serving, cut the roll into slices. You can also serve it on lettuce leaves, dressed with olives.
