In our country, pork chops are the most popular among their neighbors on the culinary shelf. Beef is used mainly by dieters, mutton is difficult to get, and pork is the most common product, besides it is also softer, tender and juicy, unlike the previous ones. Let's look at how to cook pork chops.

To begin with, choose a piece of pork, preferably, it is not too fat. But too lean. It is recommended to take a neck part or a ham, but, in principle, any meat part of the pig's carcass will be suitable in one piece. It is best to take fresh, not frozen meat: the chops will turn out to be more delicate.

Pork chops should be cut into small slices, preferably across the meat. From a half-kilogram piece, ten to twelve pieces are obtained, which should then be discarded with a kitchen hammer. A little trick. To ensure that the meat spray does not spill over the kitchen interior, pieces should be covered with a plastic bag, that is, we put a piece of meat on the cutting board, we cover it with a package and cheerfully, but gently drum on it with a hammer first on one side, then on the other. Do not be too zealous. Otherwise, you can damage the meat.

Then chops from pork should be fried. There are many ways to prepare. You can use breading, you can simply dip it in an egg. A wonderful way - baking in the oven. For simple and fast roasting, there are two ways. Despite the high speed of cooking, the dish does not lose its taste.

Method of breading. Chop the first dip in flour, then - in the beaten eggs (they should immediately add salt and pepper), and, finally, in breadcrumbs. Fry on vegetable or olive oil until a ruddy crust over medium heat, frying from two sides alternately.

Method without crackers. The chop is immediately dipped in beaten eggs and fried in a heated frying pan.

How to make pork chops with pineapple in the oven.

One and a half kilograms of pork should take up to a kilogram of potatoes, a small can of pineapples, cut into pieces, a small pack of mayonnaise. While we make a dish in the baking dish, heat the oven. Potatoes are cleaned, cut into circles, placed on the bottom of the mold. On top of the hill spread pork chops, prepared in the manner specified above. On top of the "still life" we fall asleep with pineapple, and the liquid from the jar (pineapple syrup) is poured into the mold. At the end of the culinary masterpiece, mayonnaise draw a beautiful grid on the "mountain". All the meat layers are poured with salt and pepper, you can add spicy spices. We put in the oven and let the dish "sunbathe" for about an hour.

On the table, serve in a baking dish, so it is more aesthetic to use glass or colorful dishes. Before serving, it is recommended to decorate with finely chopped greens. The product itself will have a sweetish flavor, thanks, of course, to pineapple. Hawaii will turn a little, so you can serve various "fun" and light cocktails with umbrellas and other decorations. Also, to such a meat dish you can serve good red wine. As an addition, the table should have different meat sauces, for example, curry or Hawaiian. Good classic additives in the form of mustard or tomato lecho. Bake pork chops like this can be not only in a general form, but also portioned. The versatility and uniqueness of such dishes make it possible to please relatives and friends with excellent taste not only on weekdays, but also on holidays.
