The appearance of these products can remind you of a miniature pizza. For the filling with which you can prepare the cake (the test recipe will be the same in any case), you can use crushed potatoes (usually beaten up eggs), chopped cabbage, minced meat (mutton, pork or beef, as well as dietary chicken), Various mushrooms (pre-fried). Authentic Udmurtsky filler for these products is a browned onion with a milky egg mixture. First, prepare the dough from which you will make the cake. The recipe assumes the use of sifted flour of the highest grade or rye (2 items). Also need 5 tablespoons. Margarine or any other fat, 3 eggs, a pinch of salt and liquid (boiled water or milk, the amount depends on the moisture content of the flour). The ingredients listed are calculated for approximately six products. For stuffing, you need 1 liter of whole milk, 4 chicken eggs, greens and pre-roasted minced meat (mashed potatoes, cabbage, mushrooms).

Perepecha (with a photo you can see their specific shape) are made in the form of open large enough pies. Mix the sifted flour with salt, pour the beaten eggs and melted fat into it, add milk or water to make the dough plastic and soft. Stirring it for a while, you must achieve the state in which it does not stick to your hands. Divide the dough into balls of equal size, from them make cakes not more than 2 mm in thickness, their diameter should be 9-10 cm. On the reps, small side edges should be formed, pinching the edges with the fingers. Immediately lay out the blanks on a greased baking sheet (pan). For each patty lay out prepared meat, cabbage or mushroom stuffing, cover with greens, pour egg-milk mixture. Bake these products at a temperature of 200 degrees Celsius. In order for them to reach readiness, but not burnt, it will take 15-20 minutes. Lubricate the finished pepper with butter, eat them with kefir, broth or tea.
