Is it so useful boiled water?

Many people believe that boiled water is much more useful than raw water. They think that after boiling, you can fearlessly drink it for the benefit of your body. But is it really so? Today, more and more often you can hear facts that contradict this opinion. In fact boiled water is not completely deprived of all microbes, not to mention herbicides, pesticides, nitrates, metals, petroleum products and phenol. In addition, on the walls of the kettle, after boiling, there are such useful salts as magnesium and calcium. Thus, it turns out that boiling water only makes it "dead", eliminating all the useful substances and not killing all the germs to the end. In this regard, more and more scientists who study the water and its properties, it is recommended to drink directly raw water.

Raw fresh clean water contains a lot of ions of useful microelements: calcium, sodium, potassium, magnesium and others. From soluble gases it contains nitrogen, oxygen, noble gases, more rarely hydrocarbons or hydrogen sulphide. Thanks to this composition, water remains "alive" and useful for the human body. At the same time, it must be said that "raw" does not mean cold from the usual tap. This is any non-carbonated drinking water sold in stores, bottled or simply tap water, thoroughly cleaned with a good filter.

It is necessary to say that those who use cleaning filters for water should competently select them. It is best to use such devices for such purposes in which a combination of ion exchange and adsorption technologies is applied, which makes it possible to purify water not only from organic contaminants and residual chlorine, but also from heavy metals.

It should be noted, however, that in some cases, when using filters, water may deteriorate and become less useful than simply boiled water. Such a danger is represented by sorption filters. In them, water is purified, passing through the sorbent - in most cases it is activated carbon. He collects all microorganisms and organic substances, but they need to be used regularly. If the filter is not used, for example, a month, microorganisms, consuming absorbed organic substances, start reproducing very quickly. Therefore, after returning, say, from vacation, you can get a whole glass of different microbes from your tap. In order for this not to happen, it is best not to allow interruptions to the filter, and if this has happened, then before further use, it should be washed for several hours.

There is another way that allows you to purify the water without boiling, leaving in it all the useful elements - the sedimentation of water. The time for settling the water before it is consumed should be 6-8 hours (not less). At the bottom of the dishes, during which time the water will be purified, all salts, heavy elements, chemical compounds, chlorine, etc., will become deposited. That is why when there is only a third left with the used water, it is usually poured out.

Many people find it hard to explain that boiled water is not as useful as they used to think. However, you can see this in the simplest example. If you pour boiled water into the aquarium, how can fish live there? No, not least because it will not even have elementary oxygen, let alone other living particles necessary for fish. So why should such water be useful for the cells of our body?

There is another myth that re-boiling water does not carry any harm in itself, because All the "living" - harmful and useful - is already destroyed. Again wrong. Hydrogen isotopes are contained in water molecules. When boiling, the lighter ones emerge from the steam, and the heavy ones settle on the bottom of the kettle. With the repeated boiling of the settled molecules it becomes even more, which makes the water very "heavy". Therefore, if necessary, water is recommended only to warm up, but do not boil again.
