The most original, probably, appetizer for a festive table of cheese are cheese balls. They can be served as an independent dish and as an excellent side dish. Very often in the refrigerator you can find a piece of cheese, which is not very appetizing, which can not be beautifully cut and served to the table. But to cook from it a magnificent aromatic, with a crispy crust snack - it's easy!

You've certainly tasted fried hot cheese balls in restaurants or cafes and even admired their taste and spectacular appearance. Prepare the same snack under the power of any hostess at home.

Conventional cheese balls, recipe

Products:

- cheese (any hard) - three hundred grams;

- bread crumbs - one hundred grams;

- eggs - three pieces;

- Butter - half-pack.

We rub cheese on a small grater. In a bowl, beat the separated egg whites until lush foam. Beat the beaten proteins with grated cheese and mix thoroughly. From the resulting mass, we form accurate balls, approximately three centimeters in diameter. To keep the balls from losing shape, we remove them for a while in the freezer. Whisk the yolks in a separate bowl and add literally one spoonful of water. You can salt a little.

We take the balls from the freezer and roll in breadcrumbs. Then dip into the yolks and again roll in breadcrumbs. In a frying pan, warm the butter and fry the cheese balls from all sides, constantly turning them over. Spread the balls you need on napkins or paper towels to excess oil glass. Serve them better than hot, although this snack is delicious and cooled down.

Cheese balls for beer, recipe

Products:

- any cheese (solid) - three hundred grams;

- eggs of chicken - two pieces;

- garlic - three small denticles;

- bread crumbs - half-packs;

- vegetable oil.

Cheese we will squeeze on a small grater and we will add the crushed eggs through crushed garlic. Very well we mix the whole mass and form small neat balls. We will heat up a large amount of vegetable oil in a deep frying pan or use a fryer. We will roll balls in breadcrumbs and throw them into boiling oil. Balls should acquire a uniform golden hue. Only after this, we'll lay out a ready-made snack on a large dish, which must first be laid with paper towels. Serve balls of cheese to beer, you can in a cooled form.

Cheese "Rafaello", a recipe for cooking

Products:

- cheese sausage or any other - three hundred grams;

- mayonnaise - several table spoons;

- garlic - two denticles;

- frozen crab sticks - two-hundred-gram package;

- black olives without pits - half a pot.

Let's grate the cheese on a small grater. Garlic is cleaned and let through the press. Mix the mayonnaise and garlic and add to the cheese. Very good mix. The resulting mass is left for a short time in the refrigerator. At this time, we take frozen crab sticks (they should be frozen, so that they can be grinded easier) and we'll rub it on a small grater. Then, from the cheese-mayonnaise mass, we roll balls about the size of a walnut. Inside each ball it is necessary to put an olive, like almonds in the Raffaello sweets.

Ready balls should be abundantly rolled in crab chips and put on a dish, decorated with fresh lettuce leaves. Balls should be laid out in one layer, so they do not lose shape.
