Passport exchange procedure at the age of 20 and 45 years

Passport - a document proving our identity, bearing information about our place of residence and birth place, about our children and blood group, about marital status and not only. The state obliges to obtain a document of this sample for every resident of the country who reached the age of fourteen. In addition to the above mentioned marks, the passport contains information on military obligations, on previously issued copies that certify your identity outside the country. In addition, at the request of the owner of the mark on the blood group and TIN.

Passport does not apply to documents received once. In addition to the fact that the passport can be exchanged because of its severe deterioration or changing of the surname, the law prescribes the obligations of citizens to change the main document after reaching 20 and 45 years.

At the age of 14, it is necessary to hand over a set of documents to the inspector, consisting of 2 photographs and receipts for payment of state duty. The stamp on citizenship must be on the birth certificate (on the back). In addition, you will need a document (passport) of the parent or guardian, a certificate from the place of residence and, of course, the application. In addition (this can also be), documents on marriage or its dissolution, birth certificates of children.

The procedure for exchanging a passport due to a change in the name or deterioration of the document is simple. You all also apply to the inspector of the Federal Migration Service with a written application and a receipt for payment of public services. Documents for passport exchange are required the same as for receipt, namely:

- passport;

- certificate of residence;

- birth certificates for children under the age of 14;

- two photos;

- military ID;

- certificate of marriage registration or its dissolution.

The procedure for the exchange of passports at the age of 20 and 45 years does not differ from the previous version. The set is the same, the rules are the same. The only nuance that must be observed is the timing. Passport exchange at 45 years or 20, as well as receiving at 14, must be made no later than a month from the moment of the onset of this age.

By the way, in addition to the above documents, you are entitled to provide documents for additional marks. Namely:

- certificate of registration with tax authorities with the TIN number;

- certificate of blood group.

The procedure for the exchange of a passport after its loss or theft has a slightly different form. You will be required to write a statement with a consistent explanation of the reason for losing your passport in free form. In case of his theft, you will need to provide a document on the fixation of the theft, issued by the police department. Next, you will write a standard application and provide four photos. Naturally, it will be necessary to pay for the service with the receipt of the receipt to the inspector. Do not think that other documents for stamping from you do not require, so make them photocopies beforehand (certificate of marriage or divorce, military ticket, passport, etc.).

In the end, I would like to say that with a well-trained package of documents, you will not have difficulties with obtaining a new passport.
