What is the certificate of registration?

With such a concept as a certificate of registration, every citizen faces. Of course, we are talking about what used to be a short and understandable name "propiska". Today being registered at the place of stay is very useful. Why? For example, some banks will refuse to issue a loan without this condition.

In general, a certificate of registration is found in our lives much more often than it may seem. The car, housing, registration of individual entrepreneurship, land plots are just a few categories that are inextricably linked to the document.

A separate examination deserves a certificate of state registration of products. The fact is that each of us wants to use only high-quality goods. And without obtaining this certificate, no drug, food additive or other products can be sold on the territory of the Russian Federation. It is clear that this is a legal implementation.

What is this certificate of state. Registration? This is nothing more than an official document confirming the compliance of a particular product or product with the unified safety requirements, sanitary and hygienic standards, and epidemiological standards that were adopted in the Customs Union (CU) territory. It can be issued only to two categories of applicants, ie applicants:

• the manufacturer whose capacities are located on the territory of Russia, Kazakhstan or Belarus (that is, on the territory of the TS);
• a foreign organization or an importer if the production is outside the boundaries of the TS.
To obtain the described certificate of registration, you simply need to apply to the nearest territorial office of Rospotrebnadzor. If this is not possible, then any accredited center will do. It is clear that when you apply, you will need to provide a number of documents. Let's see which ones. Here it is necessary to make a reservation: the set of papers depends on where the goods are produced.

The Russian manufacturer is obliged to provide:

• its constituent documents;
• lease of production space;
• an appropriately written application;
• normative documentation.

As the latter easily, either TU or GOST can be adopted. In the first case, they will need a copy, in the second - just a number.

If a foreign manufacturer wants to obtain a certificate of registration, it provides:

• application for work;
• product description;
• a quality certificate issued by the country where production is located.

In view of the fact that the regulatory framework may undergo changes, it is best to clarify the list of necessary documents directly in accredited certification centers or in the territorial offices of Rospotrebnadzor.

Every manufacturer who received a registration certificate must know that it is unlimited. In addition, its operation extends to the territory of all countries that are members of the Customs Union, that is, Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan.
