Well, please tell me, who will refuse the pancakes for dessert ?! Perhaps, such a person will be found very difficult. And if you still spend a little time and cook pancakes stuffed with ham and cheese, then the whole family will come running to the smell.

By the way, this dish does not require you a lot of money. But let's start in order. To make this dessert, you will need four hundred grams of flour, one liter of milk, three eggs and a little sunflower oil. These ingredients will form the basis for a fresh pancake dough. If desired, you can add a little sugar and a pinch of salt. But this is already an amateur.

So, we are preparing pancakes stuffed with ham and cheese. In a container prepared in advance, pour out the milk. There, drive the eggs and with the help of a mixer or blender we bring the resulting composition to a homogeneous mass. Now it's time for flour, which in small portions is added to the mixture, whilst still whipping.

A very important point: if you want to get thin pancakes, then the dough should be as close to cream as possible.

Well, we made the dough. Now it needs to add a little sunflower oil, literally two tablespoons, and lightly mix.

But, in order to prepare pancakes, stuffed with ham and cheese, you will also need a filling. To this end, as it is already clear from the very name of this dish, take four hundred grams of hard cheese and the same amount of ham. Cheese grate on a grater, and cut ham with small straws.

Now you can safely proceed with the preparation of our dessert. Here at once a small digression: pancakes can be fried both from one side, and from both. In the first case, the filling is placed in the middle of our semi-finished product, which is then wrapped up in an envelope and brought to full preparedness in a frying pan. In the second - the prepared cheese and ham are evenly distributed over the entire surface of the pancake, after which it should be wrapped with a triangle. The choice remains exclusively for you, because pancakes stuffed with ham and cheese are excellent in taste in any case.

What else can you say about this plain dish? You can prepare it with a variety of fillings. If your family has vegetarians, then ham and cheese can easily be replaced with mushrooms that are no less tasty as a filling.

Pancakes stuffed with mushrooms will taste not only the fans of vegetable food. Yes, and make them quite easy. The ingredients for the dough will remain the same. But for the filling you need mushrooms and onions.

First of all, clean all components, wash them under running water and finely chop. Then fry each product individually. Finished mushrooms and onions combine together and add to the resulting mass yolk of chicken eggs, pepper and salt to taste. Mix the remaining protein with one tablespoon of water. This mixture is required for deep-frying.

In the middle of the pancake, lay out the prepared stuffing, form an envelope, which then get wet in egg whites and roll in bread crumbs. Fry the pancakes stuffed with mushrooms, in oil, and then warm them in the oven for five minutes. Your wonderful dessert is ready for use.
