Acute juice is obtained if you put more pepper into it. Cook for a few more minutes, and then pour the juice over the sterilized jars and roll them up.

Do not be lazy to make blanks of tomato juice for the winter, especially in a way that preserves all the useful properties. For this, the boiled mass of tomatoes should be immediately removed from the fire and poured into hot sterilized sterilized jars. Then we sterilize them for about twenty minutes and roll them up. This juice is stored in the refrigerator.

There are also laborious recipes with wiping tomatoes through a sieve several times. However, their essence is only to separate all the impurities and leave the liquid mass.
