Crusty cakes

I have always loved and love to bake cakes. The old recipes eventually get bored, so I'm constantly looking for new ideas. Of course, special attention should be paid to cakes. Many do not know where to start and how to prepare cakes for cake. There are a huge number of baking options, I want to share the simplest, but at the same time delicious ones.

1) Crusty cakes for kefir. This option only seems complicated, in fact, everything is extremely simple.

For baking, you will need these products:

  • A pair of chicken eggs;
  • A glass of sugar;
  • A glass of wheat flour;
  • 200 ml of yogurt;
  • vanillin;
  • soda.

Preparation. Sugar, vanillin and eggs are beaten with a mixer or whisk, then pour in kefir and continue to whisk. In the resulting mixture, quench the soda and gradually introduce flour. You will not get a very thick dough. Divide it into three parts and bake it in the form until it is crispy. The cakes are ready, you can decorate them with cream and berries at will.

2) Sour cream for cake.

Ingredients:

  • A packet of fatty sour cream (excellent from sour cream fat content of 20%);
  • 2 eggs;
  • Half a can of condensed milk;
  • A glass of sugar;
  • 2 tablespoons of cocoa;
  • 400 grams of wheat flour;
  • Vinegar and soda.

Preparation. Sour cream and condensed milk whisk. Whisk sugar and eggs in a separate container, then combine all into one mass. Gasime soda with vinegar, add cocoa and mix everything thoroughly so that there are no lumps from the cocoa powder. Next, in small portions, add flour and knead the dough for the cakes. Get the chocolate dough. If desired, you can divide it and add cocoa to only one part, you will get a striped cake. Bake cakes in the oven for about 20 minutes each. Readiness can be checked with a match or a toothpick. Sour cream cakes are ready, you can decorate.

3) Honey cakes. This recipe is a little more complicated than the previous one, but it deserves attention.

For the test, you will need:

  • 3 eggs;
  • 2 tablespoons of honey;
  • A glass of sugar;
  • 500 grams of flour;
  • One and a half teaspoons of soda.

Cooking process. Eggs beat the mixer, add honey and sugar, mix and put in a water bath. It is necessary to stir the mixture constantly so that eggs do not weld. When grains of sugar disappear, add soda and stir intensively until the mass is increased by 2-3 times. Then quickly remove the mass from the fire and add the flour, knead the dough. It is important not to miss the moment, if the mass settles - the cakes will turn out solid.

The dough is divided into 10 equal parts and we bake the cakes for the cake. Leave one ready-made cake for crumbs. They turn out to be magnificent and fragrant. Excellent for such a cake sour cream.

4) Biscuit cakes. This recipe is classic.

For baking, you will need:

  • 4 eggs;
  • 3 cups of flour (preferably higher grade);
  • 150 grams of sugar (this is almost a full glass);
  • Soda and vinegar for quenching;
  • 50 grams of vodka and or liquor.

Cooking process. In order for you to get a magnificent biscuit, you must separately beat the egg yolk and protein, and necessarily in dry dishes. Yolks can be beaten with sugar. Then, both the masses carefully, without sudden movements connect, to extinguish soda in it, pour in the liquor and mix gently so as not to displace the air bubbles. Flour pre-sifted so that it was loose, then gently pour it into the mass. Also gently stir everything, divide the dough into three parts and bake the biscuit. It should turn out to be easy and airy.

For biscuit cakes it is desirable to provide impregnation, otherwise the cake will turn out to be dry. It can be liquid jam, jam or fruit syrup. It should be noted that if the biscuits are too lush - you can cut them along into two parts.
