Pancakes stuffed with cottage cheese - a wonderful dish for your table!

As funny as it sounds, the pancakes accompany us throughout life. Who does not like to feast on airy lace pancakes on Sunday morning, when you do not need to go to work, and you can enjoy the family comfort behind a cup of fragrant tea and blinch vprikusku? Despite the fact that this dish in its own form is quite tasty and loved, it can be served in various variations, whether sweet pancakes stuffed with cottage cheese, or with meat - there are a lot of options for the filling, and everything depends on your imagination. Today we consider several options, the most popular: with cottage cheese, apples and bananas. These dishes will make any, even the most gloomy morning pleasant.

But first, before you start cooking pancakes, you need to learn a few useful points that will help make the dish very tasty. First of all, it is necessary to sift the flour before adding the remaining ingredients to it. This is done in order to fill it with air, thanks to this simple procedure your pancakes will be lush and very soft. It is recommended to mix and dissolve salt and sugar in another container beforehand, and then filter through a strainer to ensure that undissolved grains do not spoil the entire structure of the dough.

Another secret - in the ready-made dough in the end, you need to add a little vegetable oil, then they will not burn in a skillet. Before the beginning of frying, you should thoroughly burn the frying pan (dishes should be with a thin bottom, or it can be a conventional pan with non-stick coating).

For convenience, when frying, take a medium-sized potato, clean, wash and cut in half. Stick the fork into the round part of the halves and grease it with a frying pan, dipping into vegetable oil. Of course, the best way is to fry the pancakes with lard, but for want of his house, oil will do the same.

Pancakes stuffed with cottage cheese

To prepare the most popular dish - pancakes stuffed with cottage cheese, we need the following ingredients: 2 eggs, 400 ml of milk, a glass of flour, sugar, cottage cheese, sour cream. We cook the dough. Remember the first advice and first sift the flour, then add the eggs to it, a strained mixture of sugar and salt, then we begin very slowly pour in fresh milk, stirring the mass with a whisk or an ordinary fork. We make sure that there are no lumps in the resulting mass - the dough for consistency should look like a low-fat sour cream. It's not a bad idea to strain the mass through a strainer into another dish, to get rid of the smallest lumps to the very end. Now we fry pancakes. While the first pancake is baked (from the stove we do not go far - soon it will be time to turn over), mix sugar with cottage cheese, add a little sour cream, so that the cottage cheese mass is viscous. When all of our pancakes are ready, we take one and spread about a tablespoon of curd mass into the center, wrap it with envelope and put it back on the heated frying pan. We fry for a while, that our envelope should be sealed and not fall apart. Carefully lay out the pancakes on a common plate and let us brew for a while. Our pancakes stuffed with cottage cheese are ready! Can be served to the table.

Pancakes stuffed with apples are prepared similarly to the first recipe, but instead of cottage cheese we add fruit to the envelopes. At the output we get a magnificent dessert, which will be enjoyed by any person, even the most refined gourmet. The same story will happen if you decide to make pancakes stuffed with bananas.

We examined a few basic recipes for a great breakfast or dessert. And it does not matter what is inside, because pancakes stuffed with cottage cheese, pancakes, apples, jam, stewed cabbage will always be cordially greeted by your family or guests.
