Now in this mass you need to gradually introduce 120 grams of flour. Constantly continue to whisk. We take a baking dish and grease it with any fat. Pour the dough into the mold and put it into the oven. The oven must be warmed up to 220 degrees. Five minutes after baking, reduce the temperature to 170 degrees. We cook a biscuit for about 45-50 minutes. While baking cakes, you can not open the oven. After the cake is ready, do not remove it from the oven until it cools.

Now we will prepare meringue. We take 4 eggs and separate the yolk proteins. We do it very carefully so that the yolk does not get into the protein. Then whisk the squirrels, starting with small turns. After they become a bit thick, add sugar. We do this gradually, constantly whipping. When the proteins become so thick that even when turning the cups will not fall, the base for the meringue is ready. Using a confectionery syringe or just a spoon, we spread it on a paper pan covered with paper in the form of sheafs. We bake meringue at a temperature of the oven of about 100 degrees for 2 hours.

Now take the biscuit cake and lubricate it with any cream, and put the sheaf on top. A biscuit cake with meringues is ready.
