If you can do boxes by yourself, then this skill will be very useful to you. However, such an ornament is suitable not only for gifts. Decorate them you can do anything. A bow can be made from a square sheet of preferably colored double-sided paper.

Dimensions

There are several sizes suitable for making a bow. Each of them corresponds to its own distance, which must be bent for the upper corner. It is important to measure this length very accurately, because it depends on it, whether or not our bow of paper will be neat or not.

So, the sizes:

- a 7x7 cm square, bend the upper corner by 1 cm;

- a square of 8.5x8.5 cm, the upper corner bends to 1.2 cm;

- a square 12x12 cm, the upper corner - 1.3 cm;

- a square of 14.5 x 14.5 cm, the upper corner - 1.6 cm.

Manufacturing process

At the heart of this bow is the base form of origami, which is called the "Double Square". It is very often used for making many crafts.

To make a bow of paper, we need to collapse our sheet on the diagonals and all the middle sides.

Further we bend the two lateral opposite sides inwards. The result should be a pair of squares. This is the basis of everything - the basic form, the very "Double Square".

From the deaf side, bend the corner to the desired distance. Then straighten it, the line is slightly smoothed with fingers and turns it to the other side. By this we have made our folds more clear, so that it would be easier to make a bow of paper.

We are expanding our future craft. Inside it, we have a small square. We must bend it. Now to the vertical line from above, we tilt each side to get such strips. We turn this part over and do the same on the other side.

Now you need to carefully deploy our bow of paper, but not to the end. The strips just made must remain in the same state. Inside there is a pretty square - it's a bundle.

We turn the workpiece. On the diagonal lines with the edge, make incisions with scissors or a blade. At the squares on each side we bend the corners. Our bow of paper begins to take shape. We cut the lower part vertically and form the tails.

Slightly narrow them, slightly bending at the sides. They can be cut off, and you can leave and just folded.

Now hide the corners of the bow under the knot, first dropping a little glue to fix them.
