To prepare the sauce, take a glass of sour cream and a glass of broth left after the mushrooms, butter and flour (on a tablespoon). Rinse the pork with cold water, cut into pieces and fry until half-ready. Solim, pepper and mix.

We take pork tenderloin 1 kilogram, two carrots, two onions, 300 grams of champignons, lean oil, sour cream - 300 grams, flour (three tablespoons), seasonings, spices.
