Ingredients

One large fish, three onions, 250 g of sour cream, fresh herbs, salt, pepper.

Preparation

Fish prepare for baking: scrape, remove fins, tail, head and all insides. Transfer the pike perch to a baking tray with high sides, oiled. You can cut the fish into small portions, then when baked, it is best soaked in sauce. Thoroughly chop carcass pepper and salt, oil with lemon juice. When the potatoes are ready, drain the liquid and add spices, tomato paste, and a little fresh water. There also put grated carrots, diced peppers, celery slices, chopped onions and tomato slices. Cut the fish into large pieces and place them in the multivark. Mix everything, turn on the "Quenching" function for an hour and a half. After the specified time, the dish will be ready.

Ingredients

40 g butter, ground pepper, 150 grams of cheese, 800 g of fillet of pikeperch, greens and salt.
