Wash the vegetables well and cut them arbitrarily. Potatoes stand apart, turning on the "Steam cooking" mode for thirty minutes. Do not forget to add water. When the potatoes are ready, drain the liquid and add spices, tomato paste, and a little fresh water. There also put grated carrots, diced peppers, celery slices, chopped onions and tomato slices. Cut the fish into large pieces and place them in the multivark. Mix everything, turn on the "Quenching" function for an hour and a half. After the specified time, the dish will be ready.
Sudak: recipe with cheese
40 g butter, ground pepper, 150 grams of cheese, 800 g of fillet of pikeperch, greens and salt.
Preparation
Grind the greens. Rub cheese on a large grater. Cut the fish fillets into portions. Fry the pan with parchment and put pike perch in it. Combine parsley, cheese and melted butter. Fish pepper, salt.
