Make a mashed potato with 500 grams of potatoes, 50 grams of butter and half a teaspoon of salt. Half a kilogram of soft cheese grate and mix with potatoes. Knead the dough from 2.5 glasses of flour, 300 grams of ayran, a pinch of soda and salt to taste. It should stand for about half an hour, and then you can continue to cook. Divide the dough into 6 parts and stretch each into a thin cake. Spread the filling on them and fix the edges. Now they need to be crushed and slightly rolled out, so that the thickness was about 0.5 centimeters. Bake in a dry hot frying pan until golden brown. Serve hot, greasing with butter.
