Sharia law is obscurantism or an alternative?

In order to talk about the Shariah court, it is necessary to imagine, and what, in fact, is such a Sharia.
Historically, the life of every Muslim is completely regulated by the Sunnah and the Qur'an, and also the works of authoritative religious figures for the rights of Muslims or, as they are called, fiqhu, are taken into account. Thus, the Sharia is a certain set of principles of morality, jurisprudence and behavior that dictate a Muslim, how to behave in one or another life situation.

As on the notes

Sharia is a very detailed "guide" to life, in it, as in the soldiers' statute, rights and duties are written down to the smallest details and nuances, which excludes any of their incorrect or two-valued interpretation. For example, in the part that regulates the diet of a Muslim, there are bans on eating pig meat, dead (fallen) livestock and other subtleties. There are also provisions on marriage, taxation, trade, the rules of fasting, and how to observe religious rites.

Sharia rules are individual and flexible in certain moments, taking into account different life situations, for example, a woman waiting for a child is allowed not to keep a post in Ramadan, but postpone it to any other month. However, there are provisions that must be fulfilled unconditionally. These include faith in Allah, humility to his will, ability to accept the events of his life (birth, illness, death, etc.), as a matter of course, in a timely manner to pray. All the provisions of the Shari'ah can not be abolished by the will of man, since they were given by God, and only he can change them. Human mores and customs are mutable, sharia is the standard for all times.

Shariah court

Thus, it is reasonable to say that the Shariah court is a court according to God's law. He has no right to be humiliating for a person, his dignity and honor. The Shariah court is headed by a kadi (an official judge). They are condemned by those who deliberately ignore and do not comply with Islamic laws - steals, kills, repairs robberies and so on.

In principle, state courts condemn the same actions and assign penalties to criminals who commit them. So what is the difference between the sharia court ? Read the discussion of online publications, which talk about any committed grave crime. Humane they can be called with great reserve. All these arguments about the right of criminals to humane verdict sound, for the most part, from the lips of hypocrites. And touch them in real life, the opinion would be completely different. The Shariah court is a worthy substitute for the state, since in it the correlation between the gravity of the crime and the punishment for it is more balanced. The heavier the offense, the more severely the sentence, accordingly. This court is not bribed and does not make exceptions for the accused on the basis of their position in society or the size of the state, the punishment for the same action for the carpenter and the president will also be the same.

Despite the statements of the press, in real life very few serious crimes are committed in Afghanistan or Palestine, because everyone knows for sure that retribution will overtake him and will be just, but harsh. The court is an authority of the state, and the Sharia court is the power of God and people living according to the laws given by the creator.
