If you continue to properly follow the whole process, you will get better pancakes than those that were baked before. So, proceed: first make a dagger. To do this, pour warm water (2 cups) into the bowl or pan and dissolve the yeast in it. Put half of the flour and knead the smooth dough. Let it stand for about an hour in the heat for raising (cover with a towel!). After that, pour in the sugar and salt, put the butter and yolks (the squirrels will go later). Add the second half of the flour and again thoroughly knead.
The dough should be smooth, without lumps and mucus. Now it's the ryazhenka's turn. It should be poured in portions, with a thin stream. After each glass, the dough is mixed. On the required amount of product, judge by the consistency of the opaire. Again, put it for lifting. When it increases in volume, mix, lower, leave again in the heat. After that, for the last time, lower the dough, enter the proteins (they need to be beaten), let it brew. And then your pancakes on a fermented woman will turn thin, tender, melting in your mouth! Pour the dough with a ladle into the frying pan, turn it clockwise to evenly distribute it. When one side is browned, turn it over the other.
