There are several recipes for this sauce. Some cook it using raw egg yolks, while others prefer to boil them. You can use chicken or quail eggs. The second difference is oil. For the attack phase, only petrolatum is allowed, in later stages it can be replaced with a few drops of olive or sunflower oil. Well, some cook mayonnaise Ducane and do without it.
What products will be required?
- Fat-free soft curd - a couple of tablespoons (in the absence of such you can scroll the usual with the addition of yogurt or skim neutral yogurt);
- Mustard - a teaspoon (you can put more sweet, but with a sharp one you should be more careful);
- Yolk egg boiled - one if the egg is large;
- Spices and salt - if desired;
- Lemon juice - a third of a teaspoon;
- Balsamic vinegar - a few drops.
How to cook
First, the yolk is beaten slightly, then the rest of the ingredients are added to it. Stir better by using a blender, since the process will take about ten minutes. Add the sauce with a small amount of sugar substitute.
