Liepaja diet: "tasty" and varied weight loss

Popular dietary diet was invented by a professional dietician, which speaks about its effectiveness and sufficient safety. The drawbacks of this diet can be attributed, above all, its severity. Her menu, although quite varied, eventually becomes boring: the Liepaja diet is designed for a long period of three months. At the same time, any, even the slightest deviations from the diet, are not allowed, since, according to its creator, all its beneficial effect is leveled. Losing weight in this case can significantly slow down, and it will take some time to restore its pace. Therefore, intending to "sit down" on this diet, soberly assess their strength.

The Liepaja diet involves eating three times a day with a five-hour interval - this rule should be strictly observed. Her weekly menu is as follows. For breakfast, you should drink a glass of tea without flavoring or natural coffee and eat a sandwich: on Monday and Friday - with butter and cheese, and on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday - with butter and a slice of meat. On Wednesdays, the sandwich is replaced by eggs (2.5 pcs.). For lunch it is necessary to eat a hot dish (160 g) from meat (on Monday, Wednesday and Friday) or fish (on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday). To him put a garnish of small-cut vegetables (120 ml) - they should be at least three kinds. You can fill them with lemon juice only (no vegetable oil!). At dinner you should drink a glass of fresh. Finally, for dinner on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, eat a vinaigrette (120 ml), which can be filled with vegetable oil (composition: potatoes, beets and carrots, pickles, onions, sauerkraut) or meat salad reminiscent of Olivier Potatoes, eggs, meat, peas, salted cucumber) - it can be filled with mayonnaise or sour cream. To the vinaigrette, a tablespoon of canned fish or caviar is required. Over dinner you can eat a slice of bread and drink a glass of any of the permitted drinks at your choice - kefir, tea or coffee with milk, juice.

A special day on the menu is the seventh day of the week. The Sunday diet is radically different: on this day it is supposed to eat 250-300 grams of cottage cheese, two apples, ten walnuts and two tablespoons of honey, and to drink 0.5 liters of milk. All products are divided into 5-6 receptions and are eaten at random. In addition to the drinks indicated in the daily menu, you can drink up to 1.75 liters of water per day. Categorically not allowed to drink carbonated drinks and shop juices! Alcohol is also strictly prohibited.

The calorie content of such a diet is 1100-1200 kcal. Thus, the Liepaja diet of Dr. Hazan is low-calorie, but it is surprisingly very easy to transfer, probably due to the variety of products included in it. Nevertheless, it is extremely effective and it is quite realistic to lose several tens of kilograms.

The Liepaja diet, whose reviews give an idea of its effectiveness, requires a reasonable and balanced approach. Since it completely changes the metabolic processes in the body and is relatively long, you should first consult your doctor and, ideally, several times during this time to come to the polyclinic for a medical examination. Dr. Hazan himself notes that the Liepaja diet requires daily monitoring of blood pressure and pulse rate. In addition, it is necessary to donate blood every week for sugar. At the slightest deviations in the state of health, unusual for you, you need to inform them about your doctor. You also need to control your weight: daily weighing, at the same time and in the same clothes, should become the norm for you. Once a week, the volume of the abdomen, thighs, left thigh, chest and neck is measured. The results must be entered in the diary to be able to assess the dynamics of weight loss.

You need to lose weight to the weight that you think is ideal for yourself. After this, it is necessary to gradually return to the usual diet, but for ever abandon such a harmful habit as overeating.
