A variant of a dish can rightfully be considered a salad with hunting sausages. For its preparation take them in the amount of 4-5 pieces, a can of canned corn, pickled honey agarics, 2 fresh cucumbers, a package of crackers from white bread, mayonnaise. All the ingredients are cut into small cubes and mixed. Salad lay out a slide on a flat plate. From above it can be sprinkled with cheese of hard varieties, grated on a fine grater, and decorated with twigs of greenery. It is better to take croutons with the aroma of haze.

German salad from hunting sausages is widely known not only in Germany, but also far beyond its borders. It is perfectly combined with both beer and schnapps. To make it, you need 250 grams. Hunting sausages, 200 gr. Boiled beets, onions, salted or pickled cucumbers, small cooked carrots, salt and mayonnaise.

Cooked carrots and beets are cut into cubes, then combine them with small sausage slices, pickled cucumbers and finely chopped onions cut into small slices. After that, the salad is thoroughly mixed, seasoned with mayonnaise, salted to taste and seasoned with pepper.

The Austrian version of this salad can be consumed in a warm form. To make it, sausages should be cut into small pieces. Boil the potatoes in their uniforms and cut them into cubes. Grate the cheese, chop the onion into rings, cucumber - thin straw. Refueling for this dish is made from mayonnaise, mixed with sour cream, mustard, vinegar and black pepper. Sausages can be fried in a frying pan. Decorate the salad with green onion feathers.
