How to prepare a salad

There are many interesting salad recipes with the addition of chicken meat. And for sure every mistress knows how to make a delicious salad "Chicken Ryaba" in various variations. A classic salad is prepared from chicken fillet, champignons, eggs and hard cheese - today we will describe its recipe in detail.

Salad "Chicken" ryaba ": recipe

We need the following set of products: champignons mushrooms about three hundred grams, chicken fillet half a kilogram, hard cheese 100 grams, one carrot, four boiled eggs, light mayonnaise, clove garlic, greens (dill, parsley).

We proceed to the stage-by-stage preparation:

· Boil the chicken meat in salted water (about 15 minutes), cool and cut into strips

· Grilled carrots, mixed with meat

· Champignons washed, chopped and fried

· When mushrooms are fried, they need to be attached to the boiled fillet and carrots

· To them to put small chopped boiled eggs, grated cheese, squeezed garlic and finely chopped greens - to fill with mayonnaise. Salad decorate with a sprig of dill, lemon or grains of pomegranate.

· Refrigerate for an hour.

Salad "Chicken Ryaba" is prepared in other variations, with the addition of a variety of ingredients - get acquainted:

1. With prunes. Half a kilogram of chicken fillet, 150 gr. Large prunes, one tomato, onions, two boiled eggs, pickled gherkins in the amount of ten pieces, mayonnaise, coriander, dill, parsley, olives without pits.

Meat cut into strips, we add to it pre-aged in warm water prunes, cream sauteed onion onions. Gherkins (you can take any pickled cucumbers), together with eggs, cut into cubes, mix with products, there we also send the chopped greens, mayonnaise - we spread a lot with a slide. From the top in the artistic mess we lay out the olives.

In the basic recipe, the salad "Chicken" Ryaba "is prepared exactly this way, but in the modifications there are other ways of laying out the products, for example, layers. The bottom layer is chopped meat, then prunes, fried onions, eggs, cucumbers, mayonnaise. For decoration, any greens are used.

2. With canned corn. Chicken fillet about 200 gr. Boil, disassemble into fibers. To the fillet, add diced two fresh tomatoes, two cucumbers (fresh and pickled), half a can of canned corn, two boiled eggs. For filling it will be required: 20 gr. Cream, 150 gr. Light mayonnaise, two cloves of garlic, curry, coriander, dill - mix all the products and get a sauce, which we fill the salad. From above decorate with greens and a worn yolk.

3. Salad "Chicken Ryaba" with crab meat. Cooked chicken meat three hundred grams, 4 eggs, carrots, crab meat two hundred grams (you can sticks), a hundred grams of canned peas and corn, a clove of garlic, dill, mayonnaise.

Rub grated eggs on the grater to mix them with sliced crab meat, canned vegetables, chopped greens, grated carrots, boiled meat, sliced straw, squeezed garlic and mayonnaise. The dressing can serve grated cheese or olives.

4. Cocktail salad "Chicken Ryaba" with fruit. Simple, refined and delicious - prepared quite easily and quickly. Chicken meat about two hundred grams, two apples, one orange, walnuts 100 gr., Lemon juice, a sprig of parsley.

We spread the layers of chopped boiled meat, pour lemon juice, then put peeled apple, orange slices, lightly fried walnuts - again we fill with lemon juice. Decorate with parsley or a sprig of mint. Saladik on a quick arm - ready!
