Garnish for shellfish can serve as rice or vegetables. Very tasty dish - mussels with beans in tomato sauce. For its preparation, you need 200-250 grams of boiled mussels, a glass of beans, a pair of onions, 2-3 tablespoons of vegetable oil (you can olive oil), as much tomato paste, a little garlic, salt, sugar. It is prepared very simply. Shellfish and beans boil, you can chop the meat, and you can leave it as it is. Shred the onion, fry it in oil, add tomato paste, sugar, salt, garlic, also you can use the broth, left from the mussels. Slightly put out, then add the meat and put out another 10-15 minutes. Bean sauce with the resulting sauce. Some stew beans along with mussels - it turns out not less tasty. Serve this dish better in a chilled form with rice.
