Cakes, cooked in this way, will turn out soft and lush, in the manner of biscuits. They will rise well in the oven. But the honey cake in the multivark is still something very special. Due to the tightness of the bowl and features of the "baking" mode, the cakes are very high and dense at the same time. It is convenient to cut them into several parts (naturally, after cooling down). A delicious honey cake assumes at least eight cakes. However, because of the opportunities that gives us the use of the multivark, their number can be cut in half. Let's divide the prepared dough into four parts first.
Crusts
Prepare a water bath of two saucepans. In a large pour water, boil. In the smaller, installed in it, we will put all the ingredients for the test. You will need one full glass of honey, three eggs, half a glass of sugar, one hundred grams of butter, a teaspoon of soda. All you need, stirring, gradually heat up. The mixture should start to foam. The fire should be small (so that the eggs do not curl up). The whole process will take you about five minutes.
Medovik with pumpkin
According to a similar recipe, you can bake cakes with the addition of pumpkin puree. The formula of the test in this case is as follows: one hundred grams of grinded baked pumpkin, as much cottage cheese (enough fatty), two tablespoons of honey, one hundred grams of sugar, soda and seventy-five grams of butter. Flour, as in the previous recipe, can go a different amount. Bake and prepare the same as described above. The cream can be taken sour cream or curd.
