Ingredients

  • 10 medium-sized cucumbers;
  • A couple of parsley sprigs;
  • A pair of fennel branches;
  • A pair of sprigs of basil;
  • ½ table. Lies. Salts;
  • 4 garlic cloves;
  • 1 liter of water;
  • 5-6 peas of sweet pepper;
  • 2 leaves of a laurel;
  • 2 carnations;
  • A handful of mustard seeds.

Preparation

In a jar with a capacity of 2 liters, place these ingredients in the following layers:

  1. Half of all herbs, mustard, pepper, lavrushki, chopped garlic cloves;

Ingredients

  • ½ kg of cucumbers;

  • 2 garlic cloves;
  • A small bunch of greens (dill or parsley).

Preparation
