Chocolate cake in a multivark

I really long wanted to know this and for a long time asked myself the question: "Is it really possible to bake real cakes in a multivark?" After the business was postponed for weeks for later, finally I decided to experiment and received an answer. When we purchased a multivark, I was impressed with many functions, besides the usual program for cooking rice. Today, most of these kitchen appliances are able to boil soups, stew, cook for a couple, but baking was a big surprise for me. My mother was skeptical about buying, absolutely confident that I was sold a useless device. After all, it's hard to believe that in one saucepan you can cook so many different dishes. Wanting to prove to my mother that she is not right, I baked an excellent chocolate cake in a multivarquet, and now I share the recipe with all comers.

Composition

Proceed to the ingredients. We will not need anything other than simple and affordable products:

  • 200 g unsalted butter;
  • 250 g of powdered sugar;
  • 4 eggs;
  • 70 g of flour;
  • 350 g of quality chocolate, melted and cooled.

How to cook the best cake in a multivariate?

  1. The method is very simple. First, warm up the camera to a temperature of 160 C. If you decide to try this recipe in the oven, then lubricate the baking dish with a diameter of about 20 cm. Since I used a multibar for cooking, I only needed to distribute a little oil on the surface of the chamber.
  2. The next step is to melt the pieces of chocolate. It is best to do this in advance so that it can cool down. Why not pour hot chocolate directly on the ingredients for the cake's base? Having done this, as a result, you risk getting a lumpy dough, as the egg will immediately be exposed to the influence of high temperature.
  3. To melt the chocolate, cut it into very small pieces and gradually fuse it on the steamer. After completing one thing, proceed to the cake test. You will need to beat the butter with sugar, so that the mass becomes light and airy. When you reach this consistency, start alternately adding flour and eggs, continuing to stir thoroughly. Finally, pour the cooled chocolate into the resulting mass and mix well.
  4. Now that the dough is ready, you can bake your cake in the multivark. Just put the mass in the camera and set the desired function. Press the button and start the cooking process.
  5. If you are baking in the oven, pour the mixture into a baking dish. Place it in a voluminous pan with water: the liquid should reach almost to the top of its wall. The cooking time is about an hour and a half.
  6. To determine if the cake is ready in the multivark, pierce it in the center with a long skewer. If it comes out clean, then it's time to get the cake.

Unsurpassed result

As a result, I prepared the finest cake in the multivark: externally, it looked great, and its taste was liked by the whole family. Try adding a raisin or walnut to the recipe to get an even more mouth-watering dessert. You can serve the cake with ice cream, coconut chips, berries or whipped cream.
