The lifestyle and health of a person are two interconnected structures, which it can manage to a large extent. This is a kind of indicator of how correctly and skillfully he uses natural resources in order to live a bright, full of strength and health life. This is based on the worldview of a person, his attitude to himself, to nature, to surrounding people.

However, not only he himself influences health, but also various other factors that can be controlled by him, and maybe not. Among such factors, heredity (genetic information transmitted from parents), surrounding nature, man-made environment, social community, the way of life of a person and the work of health authorities should be noted. From all these indicators in general, human health depends to a certain extent. For him, these indicators are divided into two broad categories: active and passive. Active indicators can be managed by the person himself and can improve their influence on his body, and he can only restrict passive factors, but he will not be able to completely eliminate it.

The main components of a healthy lifestyle were developed by scientists-valeologists long ago. In truth, for the time being there is no unambiguous interpretation of the notion of "healthy lifestyle and its components", but there are a lot of interpretations. Despite these disagreements, it was possible to develop components that without any doubts can be attributed to HLS, because the main goal (to which all researchers aspired) is to provide various aspects of human life, in which it will be as long as possible and as high as possible to perform Their social functions. And it is possible only if the organism is healthy.

Healthy lifestyle and its components:

  1. Culture of work ;
  2. Full and proper nutrition;
  3. Correctly set mode of work and rest ;
  4. Sufficient presence on fresh air, performance of exercises, strengthening of immunity;
  5. Observance of the rules of sanitation and hygiene;
  6. Sufficient motor activity;
  7. Absence of bad habits;
  8. Ecological literacy;
  9. Stress resistance, positive perception of the surrounding world;
  10. Culture of sexual life.

The above components are rare, when they completely enter into the life of modern man. A healthy lifestyle and its components since the beginning of the last century were not perceived correctly at all, they were considered a kind of limitation. Only since the founding of the foundations of Soviet health care there was a health portal, active propaganda of physical culture and sports, healthy nutrition began, clubs and sports grounds were built everywhere .

According to the charter of the World Health Organization, human health is the highest good of society. Nevertheless, a healthy lifestyle and its components are completely forgotten by youth. Everywhere they drink alcohol, they eat fast food. This affects health very much - the percentage of women of childbearing age that can not become pregnant increases, more and more children are born with congenital allergies, chronic diseases are constantly getting younger. And that's not speaking about the fact that every person, in fact, is constantly under the threat of such diseases as AIDS, cancer, tuberculosis.

A healthy lifestyle and its components were collected in a table, the results of which are of considerable interest. So, it was found out that in about twenty percent of cases on the human health affects the genetic component, twenty-five percent - the external environment, five percent - the work of health authorities, but about sixty percent - the way of life and working and living conditions.
