It can be served to a warm table, only from the oven, or already cooled, can be seasoned with jam or syrup, or you can eat it simply without anything - after all, the casserole has an amazing taste. The recipe for cottage cheese casserole with raisins for each of its mistresses - there is no single ideal, each adds special ingredients to it. This dish is good because it takes very little time to prepare, and the taste is exceptional. Casserole can be made with various fillings, fillers, add to it nuts, fruits, raisins. There are also recipes for unsweetened casseroles with cheese and tomatoes.

The most memorable dish in the kindergarten for many was precisely a casserole from cottage cheese and raisins. To cook it is very simple, so it often appeared on the tables of the kids. Then moms ran to the chefs and asked for a recipe for a curd casserole with raisins, which their children asked at home. And here it is - this recipe from childhood:

You will need cottage cheese. If you bought granular, before cooking, wipe it thoroughly through a sieve. In order not to spend for this time, buying cottage cheese, take cheese or curd mass - it will not have to be wiped. Take 500 grams of cottage cheese and grate in a bowl with 2 raw eggs and 100 grams of sugar. When everything becomes one mass, add 50 grams of butter. It should not only be from the refrigerator, first remove it and put it in a warm place to make it soft and supple. Then fall asleep in a mass of 100 grams of semolina, add 50 ml of warm milk and mix well.

Now a bowl with the resulting mass should be left for 40-50 minutes, so that the mancha will swell. The recipe for curd casserole with raisins, like in kindergarten, will suit even very young children. When the dough is swollen, add raisins to it. It must first be heated with boiling water and left for 10-15 minutes. Mix everything gently. Put the prepared mass in a prepared form - it must be oiled and sprinkled with semolina. The form is put in the oven, heated to 180-200 degrees. Bake until the appearance of a crusty brown, after which the casserole is removed from the oven and fed to the table. Someone likes warm, someone cold, but certainly indifferent to this dish will not.

This recipe cottage cheese casserole with raisins is universal. Further, it is already possible to add products to taste: candied fruits, fresh fruits, nuts. One of these new recipes was the cheese casserole with cherries. How is it different from others? The fact that you need to put the cherry in the dough correctly. So, the whole mass is done according to the previous recipe, keeping the same proportions and consistency. When the mancha is swollen, the time for the cherry comes. How to put it, depends on your taste - whether you like that the manga was on top of the dessert or inside. If inside, then put half the test on the prepared form, then the cherry, necessarily mixed with flour. Why with flour? Because during baking, the cherry gives juice and, if there is no flour, the dough will soften and not be baked. The flour absorbs all the juice of the cherry and prevents the dough from softening. Then fill the cherry with the second half of the dough and put it in a preheated oven. If you love, that the cherry was on top, then pour all the dough into a mold and from above beautifully arrange the cherry, again, mixed with flour. Do not worry, after baking the flour will not be visible, and it will not spoil the appearance of the dessert. Cottage cheese casserole with a cherry has a delicate taste, cherry gives a sweet dessert a little acidity, and this makes the taste more piquant.

Come back often in childhood, to where it was always delicious and sweet, and yet there was necessarily a casserole!
