Ingredients:

1 kg of flour; 6 eggs; 1.5 tbsp. Milk; 2 tbsp. Granulated sugar; 300 gr. Margarine (oil);

50 gr. Yeast; 0.5 tsp. Salts; 50 gr. Almonds; 50 gr. Candied fruits; 150 g. Of the item;

Half a pack of vanillin and ground cardamom grains (5-6 pieces).

Preparation:

First of all, you need to prepare a spoon. To do this, take 1.5 cups of milk, warm it to a warm state and dissolve yeast in it. In the resulting liquid, add half the flour required for cooking, stir well, until all lumps are dissolved. Cover it with a towel and put it in a warm place. As soon as the opara comes up a little, and its volume will increase by half, add the egg yolks, ground with sugar, salt, butter and whipped, until the foam forms, squirrels of butter (margarine) and the rest of the flour. The resulting dough should not be too steep, but the walls of the dishes should go off easily and do not stick to their hands. After that, cover the dough again and put in warmth. While it rises, it is necessary to prepare raisins, candied fruits and almonds. Candied fruit, cut into cubes, raisins are washed and dried, and almonds are cleaned from the skin and crushed. As soon as the dough rises another half, add the already cooked almonds, raisins and candied fruits. Next, we begin to lay out the dough by forms. The best option is to fill the form with 1/3. Do not forget to lubricate the walls of the mold with vegetable oil, and put oily paper circles on the bottom. The walls of the form can be sprinkled with flour. Forms with dough are removed to a warm place in order for the dough to once again rise. As soon as the dough has risen by ¾ from the height of the mold, they are placed in the oven, pre-lubricated with an egg. They put them at an average temperature of about an hour. To avoid burning the top, you should cover the cake with a piece of paper (oiled). After you pulled out the cake, cover it with icing and decorate.
