Stir the spoon and leave it in a warm place for 15 minutes. Separately, beat eggs with sugar, salt and sour cream. Now mix these two mixtures with half the flour and gently mix. Put the spoon again in a warm place for 30 minutes. Melt the butter and cool it to room temperature. Pour it into the spoon and add the remaining flour. Knead the dough and let it come up. This takes about 1.5 hours. After that, we form buns with cinnamon and sugar and bake them in the oven.

Cinnamon and sesame sticks

This recipe is unusual, because in addition to cinnamon, it also has sesame. However, it is also worth a try. To prepare the dough, you need 500 grams of good, sifted flour, 10 grams of salt, 75 grams of sugar, 100 grams of butter, 200 ml of warm water, two eggs and 12 grams of dry yeast. For the filling you need to take a little vegetable oil, sugar, sesame seeds and cinnamon. Yeast is mixed with flour and add to them sugar, salt, eggs, warm water and melted butter.

We knead the dough and leave it for 50 minutes in a warm place. Then lightly turn it on and wait another 30 minutes. After that, you can give the buns the right shape.
