Cottage cheese casserole diet. Recipes for slimming

But will such a dish be tasty? After all, a healthy diet does not mean the use of useful, but not appetizing products. To prepare a tasty, but low-calorie dish, we replace the mango with more useful hercules or bran, and instead of sugar we add raisins or sweet fruits.

So, to prepare a cottage cheese casserole dish you will need a pack of cottage cheese, weighing 250 grams, 30 grams of kefir or yoghurt with a fat content of 1.5%, one egg. In addition, you need to take raisins, dried apricots or fresh sweet fruit, for example, bananas or pears.

It is necessary to cook such a casserole in the oven. Well, if you have a silicone mold that allows baking without oiling, but you can cook this casserole in the usual form. We beat in the blender cottage cheese with the addition of kefir and eggs. Then add the washed and well-dried raisins or other fruit, cut into pieces. If you use bananas for casserole, you can cook them and mix them with the curd mass.

Pour the curd "dough" into a mold and bake in a hot oven for about forty minutes. You can bake this dish in the microwave oven, it will be prepared for 5-7 minutes depending on the power of the device.

Cottage cheese cottage cheese diet can be prepared according to another recipe, in which the traditional mango is replaced with oatmeal (ground "Hercules" flakes) or bran. And if you really want to make a dish more sweet, you can use sugar substitutes instead of sugar.

An example of such a recipe can serve as a low-calorie cottage cheese casserole with strawberries. To cook this casserole you need two hundred grams of low-fat cottage cheese, a spoonful of fructose, two eggs that need to be lightly beaten, three full tablespoons of ground oatmeal, vanillin or lemon peel and about a hundred grams of fresh or frozen strawberries, with a few berries to be set aside for decoration.

All the products are blended in a blender for a homogeneous mass, baked in one large form or in small molds for making cupcakes. Serve chilled, decorated with strawberries and a mint leaf.

When it comes to curd casseroles, most of us are a sweet dessert dish. But you can make a casserole and a diner, cooking it with cheese and greens. We offer you to try such a non-banal dish as unsweetened cottage cheese casserole. Recipe diet food is quite simple. We will crush 2 eggs in a bowl, add a pack of low-fat cottage cheese (250 grams) and mix well. Take half a spoonful of soda and stir it in two tablespoons of yogurt, letting this mass into the cottage cheese. Add two spoons of ground oat flakes or bran and one hundred grams of low-fat hard cheese, which must be rubbed on a fine grater. It remains to add finely chopped greens and mix. Pour cottage cheese into a silicone mold and bake for about forty minutes in the oven at a temperature of 180 degrees. Five minutes before the end of the baking time, sprinkle our casserole with grated cheese. Serve this casserole to the table better in a cooled form.
