Fat-burning exercises - the end justifies the means

A set of several extra pounds is a simple matter: an easy inclination to fullness, along with a wrong diet, will quickly do their thing. Of course, there are those who can afford to eat fried potatoes at bedtime and at the same time remain slim. Alas, there are no such people. The main mass of the population was less fortunate. The most correct technique is a balanced number of cardio and strength training , or even better combined exercises, which include both types of exercise. Only their combination will achieve the optimal results: lose weight, tighten the body and build muscle mass. It would seem that everything is simple: you need to start going to a fitness club and alternate visits to aerobic and strength classes or attend classes such as circular or interval training, BOSU, CrossFit and the like. It sounds right, but there is one "but".

Recovery after such loads is one of the longest, which means that the maximum amount of calories is burned, and with them - and excessive weight.

A separate topic for conversation is the amount of excess weight in a particular person. About five or about thirty kilograms are we talking about? In the first case, everything is simple: the level of training is assessed, a training program for a week is drawn up.
