How to organize a romantic dinner

On a pound of meat you need to take 100-150 g of fresh mushrooms, large carrots and onions, half a glass of red wine, salt and black pepper, a little vegetable oil. Meat cut into small blocks, salt, pepper, divide into 3 parts, one of which is spread in a greased, heat resistant form. Carrots cut into thin, short straws, onion - quarters of rings, and mushrooms in small slices. Half of the vegetables and mushrooms are laid out for meat, salt, put another 1/3 of the whole beef, the remains of vegetables and the last layer of meat. Put the dish in the oven for 40 minutes at 220 degrees, then pour wine and bake for another 20 minutes. When serving, you can decorate the dish with a slice of tomato or a twig of fresh greens.

In addition to hot it is possible to prepare some original, appetizing salad, for example, with shrimps.

To make it, you will need: half a kilo of frozen shrimp, a few twigs of parsley and dill, 300 g of fresh champignons, a bunch of lettuce leaves, 1 pc. Onions and bell peppers, tomato, lemon juice and salt.

First, they prepare shrimps: pour water into a saucepan, salt it, throw dill sprigs. When the water boils, put the shrimp. After 5 minutes they are removed, cleaned, cooled and finely chopped. Then they cut the onion with a half-ring and thin tomato straw. Mushrooms and pepper are cut into cubes, mushrooms are fried separately in vegetable oil, pepper and salt. The leaves of the salad tear their hands in small pieces, finely chopped parsley. All the ingredients are gently mixed, salted, poured with vegetable oil and lemon juice. Before serving, the plate is decorated with herbs and peeled whole shrimps.

Do not forget about dessert. If time is short, you can prepare a simple fruit salad.

It will require: 1 orange, 2 bananas, 2 kiwi, nectarine or peach, apple and liquid honey. With orange, banana and kiwi peel, peach, apple and orange are removed seeds. The fruit is cut into the same size cubes, mixed and filled with a couple of spoons of honey. This dessert is better served in portions, in a small kremanka with a spoon.

When the table is ready, it will only be necessary to tidy yourself up and change, pick up beautiful romantic music that will accompany the evening and learn some original romantic toasts.
