In another frying pan at the same time, in the butter, toast the flour, gradually introducing wine and tomato paste. Add the chopped garlic. Combine all this with meat. If necessary, you can add water or broth. Stew the mixture on low heat, and about 20 minutes before its complete readiness, add chopped mushrooms into it.
