Diet by blood group - a way of nutrition for a lifetime

"Tell me what kind of blood you have, and I'll tell you what you can eat!" Approximately so, the American nutritionist and doctor Peter D'Adamo identifies to his visitors and patients. Most recently, he told his theory of the connection between the type of food and the blood group. As a result of lengthy research, Peter D'Adamo was convinced that people with different blood types respond to the same food in different ways. It turns out that the whole point is the existence of a certain selectivity of the organism with respect to the absorbed food, and it is based on special biochemical processes. These processes can be strengthened or, conversely, disturbed by the intake into the body with products of specific substances.

Peter D'Adamo argues that the existing blood groups did not appear right away, but were formed gradually, and this process was significantly influenced by nutrition. The diet for blood group developed by Peter D'Adamo is very effective and attracts a lot of people who are overweight. Such a popular diet for the blood group is due to the fact that it is not too strict in restrictions, you can eat as many permitted products, while absolutely not counting calories. It is generally difficult to call a "diet" in the sense that we are used to, rather - it's a way of eating right.

Diet for the blood group is that you can eat the food that our ancestors ate during the formation of their blood group. At first, people basically ate only meat and therefore had only one blood group - the first. With changes in the diet , a group of blood began to change. The development of agriculture gave rise to the transition to plant foods, just at this time and began to form the 2nd group of blood. After the domestication of wild animals and the appearance of milk in the diet, there was a third group of blood, group 4 - the result of a mixture of 2 and 3 groups.

People with group 3 blood need a mixed diet, they are useful: meat, fish, cereals, sour-milk products, fruits, eggs, vegetables. Harmful: seafood, tomato juice, soda, poultry and pork. Herbal and green teas, cranberry, grape and cabbage juices are useful .
