Delicious pastries - a pie with blueberries and cottage cheese

Russian cuisine is famous for its diversity and abundance. Especially as for pies - these are nowhere else you can find. Long since they were an indispensable component of the Russian festive table. There are pies of different consistencies and shapes. And their fillings please their varieties: meat, fish, potato, fruit, vegetable and, of course, berry.

Today we would like to dwell on the following recipe: a pie with blueberries and cottage cheese. This berry has many advantages, it is incredibly tasty and very useful. Bilberry helps the body to get rid of toxins, reduces blood sugar, and also has a beneficial effect on eyesight. So a pie with blueberries and cottage cheese is a good way to please your body and help it.

For this baking, we need the following ingredients.

For the test:

  • Sugar - half a cup.
  • Butter - 200 grams.
  • Egg - one piece.
  • Sugar vanilla - 2 tsp.
  • Baking powder for the dough - 2 tsp.
  • Flour - 240 grams.

For filling:

  • Egg - four pieces.
  • Cottage cheese - six hundred grams.
  • Starch is a hundred grams.
  • Sugar - half a cup.
  • Blueberries are three hundred grams.
  • Sugar powder - for sprinkling on top.

As the ingredients show, we will cook pie with blueberries and cottage cheese on a sand dough. To begin with, sugar is mixed with vanilla sugar, then rubbed with butter, which softened at room temperature. Then mix this mass with the egg. We also mix the flour with the baking powder. This mass is mixed with grated sugar and butter, knead the dough. The form for baking is greased with vegetable oil, and in it we spread the dough, making small skirts.

The filling of blueberry for pie, as well as cottage cheese is prepared as follows. First we separate the proteins from the yolks. The latter rubbed, adding sugar. We put cottage cheese into this mixture, before letting it through the sieve. All this is mixed thoroughly. Then we add starch. Protein whisk, better mixer, with the addition of a pinch of salt. These proteins are poured into the mass with cottage cheese and gently mixed.

Cottage cheese filling, leveling, cover the dough. Beat the berries in a blender, adding a spoonful of table sugar. And put the blueberries on top of the curd mass.

We put it all for an hour in the oven, which is preheated to one hundred and eighty degrees. To ensure that the cake does not stay inside the cheese, but outside is burnt, it is better to cover it with foil on top. When it is baked, it can be sprinkled with powdered sugar and covered with berries.

And now let's see how to make a cake with blueberries and cottage cheese on a yeast dough.

Ingredients for dough

Opara:

  • Dry yeast - one and a half spoons.
  • Water is ¾ cup.
  • Flour - two hundred grams.
  • Sugar - half a tsp.

Main mix:

  • Egg - two pieces.
  • Milk is ¾ cup.
  • Vegetable oil - 4 items of l.
  • Salt - 1 tsp.
  • Sugar - 6 tablespoons.
  • Flour - 800 grams.

Ingredients for filling:

  • Cottage cheese - gram 250.
  • Blueberries - gram 700.
  • Sugar - 10 tbsp.
  • Egg - 1 pc.
  • Starch - 1.5 tablespoons.

To make the dough for the dough, add the yeast to the warm water, let it stand for five minutes to swell and dissolve. Then you need to add sugar and flour to make the dough liquid, but not drained from the spoon. Allow the test to stand for ten minutes and, closing it with a film or cover, leave for two or three hours to wander.

Meanwhile, for the main batch, take sugar, eggs, butter, salt, milk and mix together. Combine the baking with the sponge. Add flour, mix the dough. Then it is necessary to remove it in a saucepan, cover and let it stand for a further increase in volume.

Divide the dough in half: one half goes to the decoration, the other - to the base of the pie. Roll it to the size of your baking tray, previously covered with paper, and lay it on it.

Next, you need to make a pie edge, for example, braid a pigtail. Lubricating the edges of the base with an egg mixed with water, glue the pigtail along the perimeter. The remaining dough for the decor is rolled out and cut into strips of 1.5 cm, on each of which we make incisions. And for the flowers, cut out two glasses with a glass.

Grease the top of the cake with an egg and put it on the oven for 10 minutes, heated to 200 degrees.

While the dough is in the oven, we prepare the filling. Rinse sugar with blueberries and add starch. Then we mix cottage cheese and sugar. Dough from the oven is pulled out and quickly spread out the filling, as well as the decor. We grease everything with egg and again put it in the oven until it is completely cooked.

When the cake is baked, let it cool and cut into small pieces. And now try this cake with blueberries and cottage cheese, and you will not regret it.
