Crushing all the ingredients with tolstick, get a pretty thick and sweet gruel without a cake. By the way, the skin and other pulp remaining after the implementation of these actions, you can throw out or weld them compote.

Fresh cherry juice should not be stored for too long (even in a refrigerator). This is due to the fact that it quickly oxidizes and deteriorates. If you think that this drink turned out to be too acidic and concentrated, then you can additionally add a little sugar and drinking water.

Fresh cherry juice is not recommended for people with stomach and other digestive tract diseases.

After this, the product is put into a fine sieve and wiped with a crush. The remaining cake is thrown out, and the pulp is made from the pulp.

Brew cooking

That the home cherry juice is not spoiled and remained unchanged until late winter, it must necessarily be heat treated. Of course, such a procedure will deprive berries of most of the vitamins. However, only so you can enjoy a delicious drink in the cold season.

After thoroughly rubbing the cherry, its pulp is put in enameled containers, and then add the usual drinking water and granulated sugar. After mixing all the ingredients, they are brought to a boil. After boiling the cherry juice on low heat for about 3 minutes, proceed to its preservation.

How to conserve a drink?

After the berry juice is ready, it is poured over sterilized glass jars. Next, the containers are covered with lids and installed in a pan, on the bottom of which a towel is placed. Fill the dishes with water (up to the shoulders of the cans), bring it to a boil. In this form, cherry juice is maintained for half an hour. Then the hot containers are removed and covered with sterilized lids.

Turning the jars upside down, they are cooled for about a day at room temperature, then they are removed to the basement or the basement (that is, any cool room). You can use this juice in a few days.

We cook the juice with bones

According to experts, cherry bones contain cyanide, which adversely affects human health. In this regard, juices with such berries can not be stored for too long. They should be consumed within 2-3 months.

So, for the preparation of juice with cherry pits we will need

  • Cherry freshly picked - about 2 kg;
  • Drinking water - 3-5 liters;
  • Sugar - about 400 g (add to taste).

We process the berry

Berries for this juice should be taken as fresh as possible. They are sorted out, and then put in a colander and thoroughly washed. After that, the cherries are dried and distributed on 3 liter cans, which are sterilized beforehand.

To obtain a more tasty and concentrated juice, the container is filled halfway or 1/3 part.

Cooking process

To prepare cherry juice with bones follows in some stages. First, pour ordinary water into a large enamel saucepan, then bring it to a boil. After pouring sugar into the dishes, they wait for its complete dissolution. After that, the resulting syrup is poured over cans, where berries were laid beforehand.

Filling the containers to the shoulders, they are covered with lids and left in this position for 20-35 minutes. After the color of the water changes and turns dark red, the jars are closed with a special lid with small holes and pour all the juice back into the container. After tasting the drink, I add sugar to it (if necessary). In this form, the syrup is brought to a boil and again poured over the jars. This time the containers are immediately rolled up, turned upside down and covered with a thick blanket.

In this form, the cherry drink is allowed to stand for about 3 days, after which it is taken to the refrigerator or the cellar.

When can I use?

Cherry juice with bones should brew in a dark and slightly cool room for about 3-5 weeks. This prolonged aging of the drink will make it more saturated and tasty.

Spilling cherry juice on high glasses, it is tasted. If it turned out to be too sweet and concentrated, then it can be diluted with ordinary drinking water (cooled boiling water).

The taste of this drink is significantly different from the taste of ordinary cherry juice, made pitted.

Let's sum up the results
