What is TS quality and what are its advantages?

It is not necessary to say that in the vastness of our country there are not so many people who prefer to buy films. And the point here is not even that all of them are so eager to violate copyright law. Simply income of the overwhelming number of users are such that they have nothing left to do, how to use illegal copies.

Just when a new movie appears on the network, releases contain a bunch of information, most of which the average user can not figure out for himself. Take, for example, TS quality. This phrase is constantly found in the releases of new paintings, but what does this "Chinese literacy" mean?

In fact, there is nothing complicated here. The fact is that under this definition films are distributed that are filmed in a movie theater. But do not hurry to resent! This is far from the horrible crafts that we all remember from pirated DVDs: intermittent noise, dark, completely unfit for viewing. The fact is that TS quality is obtained in the event that in an empty hall of the cinema a video camera is placed, on which the events on the screen are shot.

Since in this case a tripod is used, the image sometimes comes out quite qualitative. However, the quality of the output obtained by the output is also facilitated by the fact that sound is recorded in most cases from the sound output of professional equipment.

Of course, to the quality of a full DVD (not to mention more advanced formats) is far away, however, you can already watch movies. However, the quality of the TS will most likely not allow you to enjoy fast and dynamic scenes, for in most cases the image will still be somewhat blurry.

It should be remembered that negligent users often give out their shots for TS in a crowded cinema (which do not even reach the normal self). In general, films of this quality are quite rare, because for their shooting you need to be (at least) a member of the cinema, and even have unlimited access to the room. More often than not, "TS quality" on distribution means only that the person who made the banal "screen" just worked a little with various filters, after which the "masterpiece" began to look a little better.

In addition, even in the case of normal TC, it is often possible to observe a poor-quality and fuzzy picture. This happens when the operator is in a hurry and for reasons of conspiracy poorly adjusts the technique. As a result, the footage is slightly better than a copy, shot in a hurry by an ordinary visitor to the cinema.

So, is it worth to use the TS format for home movies? If you are a man of rare impatience, it's worth it. If you are more important than quality, then it's better to go to the cinema or wait for better rips. Moreover, in modern conditions, discs with legal copies of films appear quickly. The "casts" are made just as quickly with them, which already the next day after the premiere can be found on the net.

In short, if you have a luxury plasma display at home, then TS quality is not for you. Better wait for better copies!
