Preparation of apple pastille in the oven takes about 7-9 hours. To do this, the pan with a culinary sleeve or parchment paper should be placed in the oven and set the temperature at 120-150 degrees. Do not close the kitchen door completely.

Apple pastille will be ready for use immediately after it dries well. To ensure that such a product does not stick together during storage, it is recommended that it be slightly greased with vegetable oil. Next, the pastille should be cut into long strips, wrapped in a roll, placed in a bag and put into a cold store. In this condition, the dried apple billet can be stored for a long time.
