Readiness is determined with a sharp knife - when piercing the meat juice should be transparent. If the treasure is allocated, then bake veal in the oven for another half an hour. As soon as the meat is baked, turn off the oven, but do not get the piece out for another 15 minutes. During this time you will have time to prepare the sauce. In a frying pan, heat the cream to a boil. Pour to them all the liquid that was formed in the meat pan. Stir, boil for three minutes. Take the meat from the oven, pour the cream. You can serve a dish with any side dish. Cut the veal into portions and spread out on plates.

Bake veal in the oven with vegetables

To prepare this dish, you need ingredients:

  • A piece of veal pulp weighing about 1.5 kg;
  • Prunes - about 300 grams (about 25 pieces);
  • Carrots - 1 piece of medium size;
  • Bulb - 1 large head;
  • Mutton fat - about 50 grams;
  • Garlic - 1 small head;
  • Bay leaf, pepper and salt.
