If you cook them correctly, thereby preserving all the useful properties, then the taste that is enjoyed, for example, zucchini in the multivark (the recipes of which, by the way, exist in a wide variety of variations), will amaze you with its uniqueness. I can not believe that from this absolutely unattractive appearance, which does not have any bright smell of vegetable in its raw form, you can get such really delicious amazing dishes. Yes-yes, this is the same caviar that we used to buy in stores - delicious, loved from childhood! And it is prepared in a surprisingly simple way. For cooking caviar we need very little, all products are available and inexpensive, and the result ... The result will necessarily exceed all your expectations! 2 carrots and 2 onions, peeled and shredded, fry in vegetable oil in the bowl of the multivark. In this recipe, we will not use the frying pan, since the frying process already begins preparing the dish, we do not need to shift anything anywhere. The "Bake" or "Express" mode, the time is about 20 minutes. Next, crush the courgette (500 grams), Bulgarian pepper (1 piece) and hot pepper (a little). We add all this to the bowl, mix it and again we fry it all (in the same mode, the same amount of time). Then 2 tbsp. L. Tomato paste, 1 tsp. Salt and 1 tsp. Sugar is also added to the total mass, mix well and turn on the "Quenching" mode, leave for an hour. After the specified time, having heard the sound signal informing about readiness of a dish, we spread already ready caviar in a saucepan or a bowl, we crush a blender. That's all, as you can see, everything is really very, very simple - before us is the same caviar from the can, only more tasty and useful. Cool it down. The dish is ready!

Zucchini with potatoes

And finally, a dish that is prepared simply and quickly. It can be done every day, and if desired, and even using imagination, it can be improved, having achieved an even more interesting taste. For cooking, we need zucchini, potatoes, garlic, salt, greens, spices to taste. It's very simple: put in a bowl multivarka, poured with vegetable oil, sliced potatoes, salt. Above it is a sliced zucchini. Turn on the "Baking" mode. The total cooking time is 40 minutes. After 20 minutes after the beginning of cooking, mix half-finished vegetables. If you prefer not to open the lid of the multivarka during the cooking, you should initially set the time - 20 minutes, and after mixing another 20. After hearing the signal, which indicates the end of the cooking process, add crushed garlic and greens. We leave in the heating mode for 5 minutes. All! The supper is ready!

Having manifested a fantasy, in the dish you can initially add other vegetables, for example, eggplant and (or) sweet pepper. Get a delicious vegetable stew. Bon Appetit!
