The largest, but not "tadpole"

It turns out that a superhumanly huge head "got" to a man whose growth is only 135 centimeters (normal for Chinese representatives).

Naturally, the unfortunate was given surgical help. The operation to remove the build-up lasted more than 60 minutes. A wonderful young man operated a dozen specialists. Immediately after removal, the build-up was carefully measured. The perimeter of the tumor exceeded the meter, length - 57 centimeters. It turns out that the biggest head of a man, born of healthy, as it seemed, parents, began to grow in four years. It was at this age that the first tumor was seen in the boy. She grew up all her life, and her doctors decided to remove her when the patient was 31 years old. The doctor, who operated on the unfortunate man, said that the main difficulty was that the built-up edge passed alongside a multitude of vessels and nerve centers. The doctor did an excellent job. Juan Chuntsai no longer owns a record head, he is healthy, quite happy and does not mourn for loss of "title".
