Potatoes with minced meat in the oven
This dish can be cooked in a variety of ways, for example, potatoes with minced meat in an oven in French. On top of the meat put the remaining onions and fill it all with mayonnaise (not a solid layer, but a "lattice"), then we put the potatoes and mayonnaise again.
The oven should already be heated to 200 degrees, into which we put our baking tray for 70-85 minutes at a temperature of 170 degrees. For 20 minutes before the readiness we take out the baking sheet and sprinkle all this fragrant splendor with grated cheese and chopped beforehand greens. Potatoes with champignons in the oven

This dish turns out especially well, if you make the correct fill. Ingredients: 4-5 pieces of medium-sized potatoes, several tomatoes, 250 grams of champignons, onion, cream, olive oil, salt. Potatoes, onions, champignons, tomatoes carefully cut into thin semirings and put in a greased form for baking layers in the same sequence. Pouring is done elementary: it will be enough to mix olive oil, cream and favorite spices and mix well, then pour in the vegetables.
