If cranberries are used fresh-frozen, then the basis is better to pre-bake in the oven for 15 minutes at 180 degrees. After that, we spread the berries on top and sprinkle with sugar or powdered sugar. If the berries are fresh, then you can spread them immediately. Next, bake until cooked.

In order to preserve the fruits for the whole year, you can use the method of freezing or cook a wet cowberry, which is not worse than fresh or frozen can be used to make pies, patties and other baked goods.

In order to prepare a wet cowberry, it is necessary to prepare the sugar syrup. On a liter of water, you need 1 large spoonful of sugar, a little salt, cinnamon, cloves. Bring the syrup to a boil and leave to cool. This amount is enough for 1 kg of fresh berries. Cranberry wash and go. Then pour over the cooled syrup.
