Preparation. We combine flour and oil, cut with a large knife until small oil grains are obtained. Eggs, sugar and mayonnaise whisk together with a mixer, we put out soda in this mixture. Then we combine the two masses, add the flour and mix the dough. If you plan to bake cookies in molds and early childhood, roll the balls out of the dough, spread them into shapes and bake them on the stove to a crispy crust. In the event that you do not have this form, silicone will do. It can not be lubricated with oil, just press the dough into the groove and bake in the oven for about 20 minutes.

Preparation. Sugar and eggs whisk to a strong foam, we introduce flour into small handfuls. Then add the melted butter and knead the dough. It turns out to be gentle and does not stick to your hands.

We spread the dough into silicone molds and send it to the preheated oven for 10 minutes, no more, since such a biscuit is baked very quickly. Then take out the ruddy figures, sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve for tea.

Recipe 3. Nuts with condensed milk. Such a cookie, for sure, is remembered by many. This is a real masterpiece of cooking, as the recipe is easy to prepare, and it turns out stunning cookies with stuffing. Even adults can not resist.

Ingredients. A packet of oil (if there is no oil, you can use cream margarine), a couple of eggs, 100 grams of sugar, wheat flour 3 glasses, a pinch of salt, soda. For the filling: 100 grams of hazelnut or walnuts, a can of boiled condensed milk. Sometimes it is difficult to find a boiled condensed milk, I buy the usual and I cook it for 2-3 hours, so it thickens.

Preparation. Oil or margarine melt over low heat, sugar and eggs whip with whisk or mixer until lush. Then combine with oil, add salt, extinguish soda and mix everything. Add the flour portions and mix the steep dough, which can easily be rolled into balls.

Next, lay the balls on the mold, press and bake on low heat. When the nuts are ready, you need to prepare the filling. Nuts are ground in a coffee grinder and combine with boiled condensed milk - a thick mass is obtained. We take nuts and stuff halves, then glue them together. In order for the cookie to soak, leave it on the watch in the refrigerator.

With a filling for such cookies you can experiment, someone more like a fruit jam or a usual thick jam. You can make a custard. In general, what the soul wants.
