Brazilian churasko sauce: composition

For cooking, we need: medium lime, a couple of garlic cloves, a bunch of fresh parsley and as much basil, a spoonful of ground chili, a little cumin, 100 g of olive oil, 10 grams of salt and sugar, a glass of red dry wine and the same amount of vinegar Wine (can be replaced with apple). Cooking is easy!

The exact proportions of the prescription are kept secret by the manufacturers. And this is understandable. But it became known that tomato puree and fruit syrup were added to the meat sauce. Note that seasoning from "McDonald's" can be kept for a long time, and it remains only to guess what preservative additives it contains. In our recipe, we will dispense with this, and replace the syrup with sugar dissolved in water. Piquancy with sharpness can be adjusted by reducing / increasing the amount of spices and pepper. Perhaps, the taste of Churasko according to this recipe will be slightly different, but at least harmless to the body.
